Online-workshop: Asylum application rejected – What next?

15. Dezember 2021 - 18:30 bis 20:30 Uhr

First the BAMF rejected the asylum application. And now the court. The authorities say I should leave the country and go back to my country of origin. Is there still a chance for me to stay in Germany? Yes, sometimes there are chances. Maybe because of an apprenticeship (Ausbildungsduldung). Maybe because of employment (Beschäftigungsduldung). Maybe because of very good integration (§ 25a, § 25b AufenthG and hardship application).

We will explain different possibilities. Afterwards we will talk in small groups about the possibilities. Maybe other refugees have a tip. Be aware, nobody’s case is alike.

Prerequisites: You live in Baden-Württemberg. You have a mobile phone / laptop / tablet with good internet. You need a microphone. Your phone/ laptop / tablet must be able to play music.

No registration is necessary.

We meet on Zoom.

Speakers: Maren Schulz and Ebou Sarr (Refugee Council Baden-Württemberg)
