Wir beraten gerne landesweit per Email und Telefon. Wir bitten daher, keine Personen zu uns in die Geschäftsstelle zu schicken. Neueinreisende Geflüchtete, die einen Asylantrag stellen möchten, wenden sich bitte an eine Erstaufnahmeeinrichtung. Die Erstaufnahmeeinrichtung in der Durlacher Allee 100 in Karlsruhe ist die erste Anlaufstelle. Geflüchtete aus der Ukraine können sich an die Ausländerbehörden an ihrem Wunschwohnort werden.

Occasionally, people seeking advice come directly to our office in Stuttgart. However, the Refugee Council does not have the personnel or the facilities to provide in-person consultations. We are happy to offer advice by email and telephone on a statewide basis. We therefore kindly ask you not to send individuals to our office. It is extremely uncomfortable for everyone involved to either be turned away or to have to turn someone away.

Newly arrived refugees who wish to apply for asylum are advised to contact a reception centre. The central reception centre is located at Durlacher Allee 100 in Karlsruhe. Refugees from Ukraine can contact the immigration authorities in their desired place of residence.

Le Conseil aux réfugiés n’a cependant pas les capacités en termes de personnel et de locaux pour conseiller sur place / sur rendez-vous. Nous conseillons volontiers dans toute la Région du Baden Wurttemberg par e-mail et par téléphone. Nous vous prions donc de ne pas envoyer de personnes à notre bureau. Il est extrêmement désagréable pour toutes les personnes concernées de se voir refuser l’accès ou d’être rejeté.

Les nouveaux arrivants qui souhaitent déposer une demande d’asile doivent s’adresser à un centre de premier accueil. Le centre de premier accueil de la Durlacher Allee 100 à Karlsruhe est le premier point de contact. Les personnes ayant fui l’Ukraine peuvent s’adresser aux services d’immigration du lieu de résidence de leur choix.
