Das Projekt „Integration mit Perspektive“ fördert mit einem gender- und geschlechtsspezifischen Ansatz die nachhaltige Integration und Chancengleichheit von Zuwander*innen, denen verschiedene Hürden das Ankommen in Deutschland bisher erschwert haben. Dazu zählen Bildungsbenachteiligung, aber auch kulturelle, sprachliche, familiäre sowie gesundheitliche Barrieren. In ländlichen Regionen kommt die geringe Mobilität hinzu.
Mit intensiver Einzelberatung und zielgruppenspezifischen Gruppenangeboten an den Projektstandorten setzt „Integration mit Perspektive“ an den Ressourcen der Teilnehmenden an und begleitet sie in ihrer persönlichen Entwicklung. Das Projekt fördert die Chancengleichheit, vor allem in den Bereichen Bildung und Arbeit. Schrittweise werden Interessierte angesprochen und an bestehende Hilfeangebote herangeführt. Außerdem werden Zuwander*innen zu Multiplikator*innen ausgebildet, um ehrenamtliches Engagement und Teilhabe am gesellschaftlichen Leben in ihrem sozialen Umfeld zu stärken.

Fokus des Projektes sind Personen, welche einen dauerhaften und beständigen Aufenthalt in Deutschland haben: Niederlassungserlaubnis oder eine Aufenthaltserlaubnis von mindestens einem Jahr bzw. seit über 18 Monaten
Aufgaben des Flüchtlingsrats Baden-Württemberg im Rahmen des Projekts
Im Rahmen des Projekts wird der Flüchtlingsrat Baden-Württemberg ein Programm entwickeln und durchführen, um Menschen mit Fluchthintergrund zu Multiplikator*innen fortzubilden. Das Fortbildungsprogramm wird unter Beteiligung von Menschen, die selbst einen Fluchthintergrund haben, konzipiert und durchgeführt. Die Multiplikator*innen sollen in die Lage versetzt werden, andere Geflüchtete beispielsweise über aufenthaltsrechtliche Aspekte und Fragen des Alltagslebens in Deutschland zu informieren. Zudem soll der kritische Umgang mit Informationen und Informationsquellen gefördert werden. Diese Maßnahmen haben einen empowernden Charakter, da sie sowohl die Fähigkeit zur Selbsthilfe und der gegenseitigen Hilfe unter Geflüchteten fördern, als auch fachliche Kompetenz stärken. Dies ermöglicht eine selbstwirksame Gestaltung des individuellen Integrationsprozesses. Dabei wird das Augenmerk gleichzeitig auf inhaltliche, als auch auf methodische Kompetenz gelegt.

Des Weiteren wird der Flüchtlingsrat im Rahmen des Projekts ein Konzept für eine Fachtagung zum Thema „Integration und innovative Konzepte“ erarbeiten und die Tagung in zwei verschiedenen Städten durchführen. Bei der Tagung für Hauptamtliche der Flüchtlingsarbeit soll thematisiert werden, was wir überhaupt meinen, wenn wir von „Integration“ sprechen. Zudem werden praxisnahe Workshops zu integrationsfördernden und –hemmenden Aspekten durchgeführt.

Integration with perspective – Individual. Culturally sensitive. Sustainable.
The project „Integration with Perspective“ uses a gender-specific approach to promote the sustainable integration and equal opportunities of immigrants who have encountered various obstacles in adjusting to life in Germany. These include lack of education, but also cultural, linguistic, family and health-related barriers. In rural regions, this is compounded by low mobility.
With intensive individual counseling and culturally specific group activities at the project locations, „Integration with Perspective“ focuses on people’s resources and supports them in their personal development. The project promotes equal opportunities, especially in the areas of education and employment. Step by step, project participants who have hardly been visible so far are addressed and introduced to existing offers of help. In addition, immigrants are trained as multipliers in order to strengthen voluntary commitment and participation in social life in their social environment.

Target group
The project focuses on people who have a permanent residence permit in Germany: Permanent Residence Permit (Niederlassungserlaubnis) or Temporary Residence Permit (Aufenthaltserlaubnis) of at least one year or since at least 18 months.
What we do
Within the framework of the project, the Refugee Council of Baden-Württemberg will develop and implement a program to train people with a refugee background to become multipliers. The training program will be designed and implemented with the participation of people who have a refugee background themselves. The multipliers should be able to inform other refugees, for example, about aspects of residence law and questions of everyday life in Germany. In addition, the critical handling of information and information sources is to be promoted. These measures have an empowering character, as they promote both the ability for self-help and mutual assistance among refugees, as well as strengthen professional competence. This makes it possible to shape the individual integration process in a self-effective way. At the same time, attention is paid to both content-related and methodological competence.

Furthermore, the Refugee Council will develop a concept for a conference on the topic of „Integration and Innovative Concepts“ and hold the conference in two different cities. The conference for professionals who work with refugees will focus on what we mean when we talk about „integration“. In addition, practical workshops will be held on aspects that promote and hinder integration.
