The original guide in German „Passpflicht, Mitwirkungspflicht zur Passbeschaffung und Identitätsklärung am Beispiel Gambia“ was published in March 2021. Hence not all the information is up to date. However, the guide remains relevant in understanding the legal categories and is of interest to all who deal with the procurement of Gambian identity documents.
Die Arbeitshilfe enthält Informationen zur Beschaffung gambischer Identitätsdokumente und deren Anerkennung durch die Behörden in Baden Württemberg. Der Leitfaden erläutert die Rechtsbegriffe „Passpflicht“, „Mitwirkungspflicht zur Passbeschaffung“ und „Identitätsklärung“. Die deutsche Fassung „Passpflicht, Mitwirkungspflicht zur Passbeschaffung und Identitätsklärung am Beispiel Gambia“ wurde im März 2021 veröffentlicht. Daher sind in der englischen Übersetzung nicht mehr alle Informationen aktuell. Der Leitfaden ist aber nach wie vor relevant für das Verständnis der rechtlichen Kategorien und ist für alle interessant, die sich mit der Beschaffung gambischer Identitätsdokumente beschäftigen.
