Under the Chancen-Aufenthaltsrechts people with a Duldung who have lived in Germany for five years are granted a temporary residence permit. The law offers a perspective for many refugees in Duldung. But there are still quite some obstacles to overcome in order to obtain a long-term right of residence. We will look into the criteria for the Chancen-Aufenthaltsrecht, possible pitfalls and practical tips. There will be enough room for questions.
Prerequisites: You live in Baden-Württemberg. You have a mobile phone / laptop / tablet with good internet. You need a microphone. Your phone/ laptop / tablet must be able to play music.
The workshop is primarily aimed at refugees and will be held in English. No registration is necessary. We meet on Zoom.
